how do i place an order?

what is the wait time?

Our lead times can vary depending on the item. Some products are ready made and can be sent out quickly, while others take a little longer as they’re handmade to order.

During busier periods — such as school holidays, Christmas, and peak seasons — lead times may be longer. If you’re working towards a specific date (a birthday party, for example), please let us know and we’ll always do our best to help.

Just a gentle reminder that most items at HMBHM are bespoke and made by hand, right here. Many small businesses like ours have waiting lists of around 12 weeks, so we really appreciate your patience — it allows us to keep making things with care, not corners.
